These terms govern your use of iSeeClan and iseeclan.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. 本条款适用于您对 iSeeClan 与 iseeclan.com 的使用。创建账户或使用服务即表示您同意本条款及隐私政策。
1. Eligibility and accounts / 使用资格与账户
You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements in your location. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law. / 您须符合所在地适用的最低年龄及法律行为能力要求；应提供真实账户信息、妥善保护凭据，并在怀疑账户被未经授权使用时通知我们。
2. Community use / 社区使用
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate or exploitation; publish content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights; distribute malware, spam or deceptive links; scrape, disrupt, overload or bypass service safeguards; or misuse another person's account or data. / 不得将服务用于违法、欺诈、冒充、骚扰、威胁、仇恨或剥削；不得发布侵犯隐私、知识产权或其他权利的内容；不得传播恶意程序、垃圾信息或欺骗链接；不得抓取、干扰、过载或绕过安全措施；不得滥用他人账户或数据。
3. Your content / 您的内容
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant iSeeClan a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate, improve and protect the service, consistent with your settings. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups and content already shared or re-used by others. / 您保留原创内容的权利，并仅为运行、改进和保护服务之目的，按照您的设置授予 iSeeClan 非独占、全球性的托管、存储、复制、格式化和展示许可。内容删除后该许可终止，但法律留存、备份以及已被他人分享或再使用的内容除外。
4. Moderation and enforcement / 治理与执行
We may review reports and restrict, remove or preserve content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or maintain service integrity. We may use proportionate measures and provide notice or appeal where appropriate and legally permitted. / 为执行本条款、保护用户、遵守法律、调查滥用或维护服务完整性，我们可在合理必要范围内限制、移除或保全内容或账户，并在适当且法律允许时提供通知或申诉渠道。
5. Third-party services / 第三方服务
Social login, analytics, notifications, links and other third-party services are governed by their providers' terms and privacy policies. iSeeClan does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, availability or content. / 社交登录、分析、通知、链接及其他第三方服务受其提供商条款与隐私政策约束；iSeeClan 不控制第三方服务，也不对其独立行为、可用性或内容负责。
6. Intellectual property / 知识产权
The iSeeClan name, brand assets, software and service design are protected by applicable rights. These terms do not grant permission to copy, alter or use them outside normal use of the service. Report claimed infringement to [email protected]. / iSeeClan 名称、品牌资产、软件和服务设计受相关权利保护；除正常使用服务外，本条款不授予复制、修改或使用许可。侵权主张可发送至上述邮箱。
7. Availability and responsibility / 可用性与责任
The service may change, experience interruptions or discontinue features. We aim to operate it with reasonable care but provide it on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. / 服务可能调整、暂时中断或停止部分功能。我们会尽合理注意义务运营服务；在法律允许范围内，服务按“现有可用状态”提供。本条款不排除依法不得排除的权利或责任。
8. Suspension, deletion and changes / 暂停、删除与变更
You may stop using the service or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats or legal requirements. We may update these terms for service, safety or legal changes and will publish the new effective date; continued use after notice means acceptance where permitted by law. / 您可停止使用或删除账户。对于严重或重复违规、安全威胁或法律要求，我们可暂停或终止访问。条款会因服务、安全或法律变化而更新并公布生效日期；在法律允许范围内，通知后继续使用即表示接受。
