You can permanently delete your iSeeClan account and associated personal data using either method below. 您可以通过以下任一方式永久删除 iSeeClan 账户及相关个人数据。
Method 1 — Delete in iSeeClan / 方法一：在 iSeeClan 内删除
- Sign in at https://iseeclan.com. / 登录 iSeeClan。
- Open Settings → Delete Account, or go to https://iseeclan.com/settings/delete. / 打开“设置 → 删除账户”。
- Complete the security confirmation shown by the site. / 完成站点显示的安全确认。
- The account is removed from active systems. Limited records may remain temporarily in backups or where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or law. / 账户将从活动系统删除；备份中可能暂时保留有限副本，或因安全、反欺诈、争议处理及法律要求保留必要记录。
Method 2 — Request deletion by email / 方法二：通过邮箱申请
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject iSeeClan Data Deletion Request. Include your iSeeClan username and, if you used Facebook Login, your Facebook app-scoped user ID if available. Do not send your password. We will verify account ownership before processing and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days where applicable. / 如果无法登录，请使用账户绑定邮箱发送主题为“iSeeClan Data Deletion Request”的邮件，并提供 iSeeClan 用户名；若使用 Facebook 登录，可提供 Facebook 应用范围用户 ID。请勿发送密码。我们会先验证账户归属，并在适用情况下力争于 30 天内完成经验证的请求。
Disconnect Facebook Login / 解除 Facebook 登录连接
You may also remove iSeeClan from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → iSeeClan → Remove. Removing the Facebook connection stops future Facebook login access but does not by itself guarantee deletion of your iSeeClan account; use Method 1 or 2 to request deletion from iSeeClan. / 您也可以在 Facebook 的“设置与隐私 → 设置 → 应用和网站 → iSeeClan → 移除”中解除连接。解除连接会停止后续 Facebook 登录访问，但并不自动保证删除 iSeeClan 账户；如需删除，请使用方法一或方法二。
What is deleted / 删除范围
Account credentials, profile information, social-login identifiers and account-controlled personal data are deleted or de-identified from active systems. Some content may remain where another user has shared it, where de-identification is used, or where retention is legally or operationally necessary. See the Privacy Policy for details. / 账户凭据、个人资料、社交登录标识及账户控制的个人数据会从活动系统删除或去标识化。若内容已被他人分享、已去标识化，或法律与运营安全要求保留，部分内容可能继续存在。详情见隐私政策。
